In our Design Build model, there is no separation between the architect and builder.  Our designers are the builders.  Our knowledge base as a developer, building owner and contractor gives us a natural connection to the architectural design process.  We focus on:

• Technology:  Utilize BIM to create a 3-D building model that can forecast construction challenges during the design phase, and deliver building efficiencies, innovation and cost savings.
• Value Engineering:  Reduce the overall project cost by using proven construction methods and product selection that we have refined throughout our 40 years in business. 
• Project Coordination:  Serve as the single point of contact for the owner, while managing project workstreams to budget and deadline.
