He has grown his business from a one-person home builder to the development, real estate and full-service construction company it is today. His commitment to building community has influenced the landscape of many cities throughout the state.

Mary Ann is co-founder of Ghidorzi Companies and leads the interior design practice. Her insight and expertise make interior design an organic part of the construction process. She works with clients to create spaces that brilliantly reflect their brand and mission. One of Mary Ann’s specialties is art procurement, particularly in health care settings where art is increasingly recognized as a tool for enhancing health and wellbeing. Mary Ann is LEED-certified and promotes sustainability and green solutions in her projects.
Wally’s passion for building function and sustainability fuel his building design. He makes it his personal mission to create an aesthetic that embodies the client’s brand and a layout that enhances how the client operates.
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION
As Director of Construction at Ghidorzi Companies, Brian combines his national construction company experience with the dynamics of his family business to achieve efficiency, innovation and quality for Ghidorzi clients. Brian began his career at Graycor Construction where he managed diverse projects around the country.
PROJECT ARCHITECT
Mike Theiss has more than 10 years of Project Architect and Project Manager experience, specializing in design/build scenarios. This powerful combination enables Ghidorzi Companies to add efficiency to the building process. Mike’s understanding of both design and construction enhances the collaboration and communication of these two teams with the end goal of better buildings for our clients.
Chris brings global business and finance insight to Ghidorzi Companies after spending several years at Baird, an investment bank with client assets of more than $66 billion. His understanding of business economics and the banking world is a profound benefit to clients in structuring deals that are cost-effective for their business.
Margaret came to Ghidorzi Companies from the world headquarters of Manpower Inc. where she was Director of Marketing for the U.S. & Canada. Margaret uses her global business development, marketing and community relations experience to create new business relationships for Ghidorzi Companies and promote commerce for clients and communities where Ghidorzi Companies does business.
