Ghidorzi Companies owns and manages 1.5 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space.  We also have numerous land parcels that give clients ultimate freedom in their development.

 

In addition to the variety of space we offer our clients, Ghidorzi Companies is a single source for the services they need to make a space their own and maintain it throughout the lease term.  We provide in-house leasing, property management, architectural design and interior design.  We also have our own construction crews to perform tenant improvements.
